We turn ejido (communal) land into productive ecoVillages. The ejido contributes its land and becomes a partner in the project with a percentage; the developer designs it, builds it and puts it to work. Land that feeds, sustains itself, and leaves economy and profits with the community.
WHAT A PRODUCTIVE ECOVILLAGE IS
A community that lives off its own land.
It means making the land truly give: food, water, energy and work, with modern technique and regenerative management. The land sustains itself and produces a surplus to sell, and the ejido shares in that as a partner.
The community stays. The young who used to leave for the city find work and a future in their own town. The land of the grandparents supports those who come next.

The ejido becomes a partner
The ejido contributes its land to the project and, in return, becomes a partner with a percentage. The assembly decides it and it is put in writing.
The developer builds and runs it
The developer designs, builds, mechanizes and operates the land as a productive ecoVillage, with the community’s own labor and the tribe’s master builders.
The ejido shares in the profits
As a partner, the ejido receives its percentage of the profits and the production, plus jobs, works and more local commerce for its people.
WHAT GETS BUILT
Five engines so the land sustains itself.
Regenerative production
Self-sustaining farms and land in production: food for the community and a surplus to sell. Soil that improves each year instead of wearing out.
Off-grid autonomy
Solar or wind energy, rainwater harvesting and sewer-free sanitation. The sun and the rain do the work; the land does not depend on the grid.
Technology and AI
Sensors, automation and AI applied to crops and livestock. Produce more with less water, fewer inputs and fewer losses.
Local trade and economy
What the land produces is processed and sold. The revenue stays in the town and funds the next step.
Community and work
Jobs and training for the community, and places to live. So no one has to leave town to live well.
WHY
The ejido’s land carried whole generations. Now it is time for the land to support them: as partners in whatever grows there, without having to migrate.
